Job Summary

  • Support the Global Training Administrators team's use of Ramboll’s global Learning Management System (LMS) by providing timely responses to queries and facilitating the creation of new training resources.
  • Carry out day-to-day operations and back-end support for the global LMS (Ramboll Academy), troubleshooting issues and liaising with the LMS vendor.
  • This role requires professional communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the world, with a good working knowledge of training administration and LMS experience.
