  • Orchestrate and direct onsite support teams, execute front-desk operations with a service-first mindset, anticipate challenges, and troubleshoot in real time.
  • Lead best-practice sharing with other Johnson & Johnson Institute US sites, drive innovation in customer touchpoints, and serve as a central leader in shaping the customer experience at a flagship education and innovation site.
