Job Summary

  • The successful candidate will serve as leader of authority with expert level knowledge, responsible for leading the development, assembly and quality oversight of a project's technical documentation for large, complex projects or multiple smaller projects.
  • Manage and monitor the integrated quality review processes for the project for all disciplines, and meet regularly with multiple project and firm-wide leaders to coordinate critical information on project status and potential risk.
  • The salary range for this position to be filled in the New York City office is $160,310 to $200,388 annually.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of related professional experience
  • 5 years in construction documentation on institutional/commercial projects
  • 3 years in construction administration on large institutional/commercial projects
  • Experience leading technical aspects on projects >$200M
  • Experience designing, documenting, coordinating, and administering construction of significant commercial projects
  • Expertise in building codes, standards
  • Current Architectural Registration in the United States
  • Ability to lead large, complex or multiple projects
  • Strong subject matter expertise
  • Strong business acumen
  • Demonstrated focus on quality
  • Strong technical leadership
  • Ability to be client facing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong coordination skills
  • Familiarity with Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software
