As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in all facets of store operations, developing and promoting a sales culture by creating individualized and complete solutions for every guest.
You will be responsible for ensuring products are easy to see and buy, building sales through product knowledge, providing a clean shopping environment, and growing guest loyalty.
Full-time store positions are eligible to participate in incentive programs, 401(k), paid time off, dental, vision, and health insurance.
