Job Summary

  • The main purpose of this job is to monitor Commerce Bank's Data Center and Network Production Environments including Enterprise servers, SNA Network Connectivity, Applications, Servers, Midrange and Tandem and Batch production window.
  • Essential functions include ensuring appropriate escalation and documentation of incidents, providing backup to the Shift Manager, and managing support vendors.
