  • Learning consultancy and L&D services
  • Deployment/training delivery for field, sales, leadership
  • Manage KONE Academy and training equipment
  • Manage subcontractor training for safety certificates
  • Contribute to country LT development
  • Manage internal trainer networks
  • Manage coaching, mentoring and 360 leadership assessment
  • Focus on field training discipline, data accuracy and KPIs transparency

  • Be hand on, able to do ground work to strategic partnering

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines
  • Excellence project management skill
  • Average 5-8 year direct L&D experience
  • Experience with multinational company and matrix organization
  • Excellent command of Thai and English
