Job Summary

  • This Medical Affairs Senior Scientist will be responsible for supporting one or several product development projects within the JJMT EP’s product portfolio while fostering strong, productive relationships with colleagues across the organization.
  • The role will develop and execute product and/or procedural protocols for evidence generation and collaborate with evidence generation colleagues for evidence generation for new and existing products to support regulatory approval/clearance.

Salary

Base: $92,000.00 - $148,350.00; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Vacation –120 hours per calendar year, Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year, Holiday pay –13 days per calendar year, Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year, Parental Leave – 480 hours, Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for immediate family, Caregiver Leave – 80 hours, Volunteer Leave – 32 hours, Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours

Key Requirements

  • BS with at least 6 years, MS with at least 4 years, PhD with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Pre-clinical experience at a CRO
  • Swine/canine models with surgical experience
  • Minimum 3 years pre-clinical models
  • Chronic models experience preferred
  • Advanced technical writing skills
  • Working knowledge of operating room procedures
  • Experience with global cross-functional teams
