Job Summary
The Bulk Loading Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the oversight of all Bulk activities including, loading, finishing, and shipping of product by rail car, customer relations and directing employees.
Assuring the proper loading and unloading of rail cars in an efficient manner, tracking product inventory, and interfacing with the customer professionally.
Will supervise a work force of 25-50 union hourly employees in a unionized environment.
