Job Summary

• The Pharmacy Clinical Specialist – Investigational Drug is a highly specialized role within the Investigational Drug Services (IDS) team, supporting the review, oversight and regulatory compliance of investigational medications used in clinical trials that are not yet FDA approved.
• This Ohio-based role does not involve compounding and instead focuses on protocol review, order verification, medication dispensing and strict adherence to regulatory and safety requirements for patients enrolled in approved study protocols.
• This role offers direct exposure to cutting-edge therapies, a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to serve as a subject matter expert for investigational medications that may later become standard of care.

• PharmD or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
• Current state licensure as a Registered Pharmacist
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• PGY2 residency or PGY1 plus 2 years experience
