Job Summary
This role owns the experience, content, and skills roadmap for Labcorp’s AI assistant (DiNA) to effectively support HR inquiries, tasks, and moments that matter across the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities include serving as the product manager for DiNA, overseeing conversation design, content updates, new skill deployment, and maintaining AI governance standards.
