** HoYoverse is seeking an Intellectual Property Counsel to manage trademark and copyright issues for its gaming and tech projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trademark management, particularly within the gaming industry, and excellent communication skills. **

Job Summary

  • Provide support to the Company’s business in Singapore and overseas offices in the areas of international trademark filing, trademark portfolio management, copyright maintenance, and IP-related consultancy.
  • Manage international trademark application, including conducting trademark clearance, communicating regularly with internal clients and overseas developers to provide the best practices for trademark filing strategies, and supervising the application, office actions, oppositions on an international basis.
  • Collaborate with legal team on issues related to IP compliance and enforcement support.
