Job Summary

  • This position offers an opportunity to practice at the top of license while ensuring safe, efficacious, and cost-effective medication therapy for patients.
  • The pharmacist will develop evidence-based pharmacotherapy care plans, monitor patient laboratory results, and consult with medical staff on drug therapy problems.
