• Lead the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering function to industrialize and commercialize new medical device products—driving new product introductions, manufacturing technology strategy, and cross-functional execution to deliver scalable, compliant, and future-ready manufacturing.

Salary

Base: $160,000 to $220,000; Bonus/Equity: annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered; Benefits: generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement

• 10+ years of experience with Master's degree
