Employees must identify residents using wristbands or photo cards before administering treatments and report all changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.
