As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner dedicated to the Global Distribution and Equity Research teams, you will play a critical role in translating the rapid and complex needs of Capital Markets into actionable HR strategies.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role, with a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

Key Requirements
HR Generalist or consulting experience
