Job Summary

  • As the Director of Nursing, you will be the senior nursing leader responsible for the performance, development, and strategic direction of a large (>250 RNs), remote, multi-speciality nursing workforce.
  • You will own the clinical integrity of nursing practice across the care model, ensuring alignment with evidence-based standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational protocols.
