  • This role plays a key part in training, recognition, and continuous improvement to strengthen advisor engagement and drive sales outcomes, reinforcing a consistent "One Distinct Message" experience.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field or experience
  • 3-4+ years of experience in sales desk, internal wholesaling, customer engagement, or advisor support
  • Knowledge of annuities, financial services products, and industry terminology
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
  • Experience in coaching, training, and mentoring others
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), data analytics tools, and sales platforms
  • Series 6 and 63 licenses required
  • Series 26 license required (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
