You will participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures that govern the nursing service department to ensure the highest degree of quality care.
This role requires ensuring that all nursing service personnel comply with job descriptions and procedures while managing staffing levels to meet daily resident care needs.

Key Requirements
