  • We are seeking an experienced and pragmatic Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Consultant to join S&P Global’s People team, serving as an internal consultant to design and implement organizational solutions that enable strategy and accelerate performance.
  • Responsibilities include diagnosing how work gets done, translating business strategy into operating models, supporting job and work redesign, designing and executing change management strategies, and acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
