Job Summary

  • The Director, Value Realization Office (VRO) will serve as a critical leader within the Transformation Office, responsible for ensuring that the company’s global transformation delivers measurable business impact by establishing the enterprise-wide framework for value realization.
  • In addition, this role will serve as the Finance Leader for the Global Shared Services organization, partnering closely with the GSS Leadership team to provide strong budget ownership, financial stewardship, and investment oversight.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years progressive experience in FP&A, transformation finance, shared services finance, or finance business partnering
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Proven track record building financial governance, business cases, and executive reporting cadences
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to link operational initiatives to P&L impact
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning in complex/global environments
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
