The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies, federal regulations, and maintaining the highest degree of quality care.
Responsibilities include administering medications, completing detailed charting, managing admission and discharge processes, and participating in quality assurance programs.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program
Current CPR certification required
Knowledge of PCC software preferred
Must maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
