Job Summary

  • As a HR Data Analyst, your role is to leverage on HR data to support making informed decisions about ITE’s workforce and HR operations, through data-driven insights and analytics.
  • You will work closely with HR teams to identify data needs, organise and prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to enhance workforce performance and engagement.
  • You will also work on digitalisation projects with HR teams to streamline HR operations and support the Division’s HR transformation journey.
