Job Summary
As a HR Data Analyst, your role is to leverage on HR data to support making informed decisions about ITE’s workforce and HR operations, through data-driven insights and analytics.
You will work closely with HR teams to identify data needs, organise and prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to enhance workforce performance and engagement.
You will also work on digitalisation projects with HR teams to streamline HR operations and support the Division’s HR transformation journey.
