Job Summary

  • As Global Process Owner Change Management, you will be responsible for the global conception, further development, and governance of the ITIL-based Change Management process within Corporate IT.
  • The goal is to ensure a uniform, risk-aware, and efficient process that enables changes to IT services and infrastructures in a controlled, transparent manner with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • You will define, maintain, and continuously develop the global Change Management process according to ITIL, ensuring compliance with group-wide guidelines, standards, and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001).
