Job Summary
This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond.
Plan and coordinate the resources necessary to successfully design, build, execute testing, and certify upgrades for the New Glenn second stage payload fairing and/or fixed adapters.

CO applicants: $138,181.00 - $193,453.05; WA applicants: $150,743.00 - $211,039.50; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off

Key Requirements
5+ years complex product development experience
B.S. in aerospace, mechanical, or systems engineering
Experience managing dynamic development program ($10-20M budget)
Engineering experience with flight hardware lifecycle
Experience hiring, training, and managing teams
