Key Requirements

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field OR 2 years' experience in project management/estimating
  • 3+ years' experience with HVAC and plumbing equipment estimates and project management
  • Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and plan sets
  • Advanced knowledge of estimating software, strategies and techniques
