The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT Change Management, strong project management skills, and a collaborative mindset to drive technology transformation

Job Summary

  • Responsible for development of ITIL V4 / ITSM based Enterprise IT Change Management Strategy, Governance Model, Processes, Transformation / Remediation Plan and associated controls.
  • Initiate BAU IT Change Management functions including day-to-day management of Governance, collaboration across IT departments/Business Units as well as monitoring and maintenance of IT Change Management review, transformation and managing functions for policies, processes and controls.
