• The Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) Technical Manager plans, designs, and administers all aspects of the City of Baltimore’s CAD and 911 technology infrastructure and operations.
• Responsibilities include vendor contract oversight, database management, system changes, updates, patches, upgrades, and documentation, serving as the liaison between users, vendors, and Baltimore City Agencies.

$105,085.00 - $173,250.00 Annually; Starting Pay Range: $105,085.00 – $139,167.00 Annually; Benefits: medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, optional life, AD&D, and FSA plans, wellness programs, support groups, and workshops.

• 4 Year College Degree with computer science coursework preferred
• Five years of CAD and 911 systems administration experience
• Three years of supervising CAD and 911 technical staff
• Three years of dispatching methodologies experience
• Residency in Baltimore City required
