  • This position oversees the implementation of requirements, policies, procedures, programs, and training components of the food safety system, serving as the lead for product recall execution, regulatory inspections, and customer interactions on food safety issues.
  • The role requires leading the implementation of the site level food safety culture program, delivering and tracking food safety training, and overseeing the execution of the site level Sanitation Program and integrated Pest Management Program.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Distribution Center Food Service Operations, Food Safety Quality Assurance/Control, or related discipline
  • Knowledge of product traceability
  • HACCP, ServSafe, FDA Preventive Controls Qualified Individual certification preferred
  • Understanding of Food Safety regulations (FDA, USDA, CFIA)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Certifications in Food Safety, HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
