Job Summary
You will lead a team supporting a global premier investment management client with leadership and strategy responsibility for end-to-end transactional delivery.
This role acts as a primary escalation point, responsible for end-to-end service delivery for majority of Middle Office functions on Aladdin.
You will manage the team, drive transaction management excellence, be responsible for service delivery and client sentiment, and develop a strong risk management environment.
