  • Assist Servers by providing water, bread service, coffee and tea throughout the meal to guests.
  • Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.
  • Be present and ensure that professional, courteous, and efficient guest service is offered, where each guest is greeted promptly and courteously with eye contact and a smile.
