Job Summary

  • You will execute initiatives through I2M and IIM processes for the site and ensure effective execution, coordination, tracking & communication of change as it relates to new and existing products, packaging and processes for the plant.
  • Support Project Development / Execution by executing initiatives through I2M/IIM, providing critical inputs to the site BD leader, and executing project activities on site from Design Review 4 onwards.
  • You will support ongoing business simplification by providing inputs to the Site BD leader to support the integration of the overall site change management agenda to ensure delivery of projects while maintaining service levels.
