  • Current Registered Nurse License from Oklahoma or eNLC
  • Basic Life Support certification by American Heart Association
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • 0-3 years experience for RN I level
  • 3-5 years experience for RN II level
  • 5+ years experience for RN III level
  • Bachelor's Degree required for RN III level
