MillerKnoll is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to enhance long-term partnerships with key accounts, focusing on customer satisfaction and project management. The position requires extensive experience in customer service, sales, and project management, preferably within the contract furniture industry

Job Summary

  • Responsible for cultivating and promoting the long-term customer partnership with key accounts, managing dealer and direct contract business activities from order specification to installation and service.
  • Acts as a key contact and project liaison between customers/dealers and MillerKnoll's cross-functional areas, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and delivering reports and projects on time.
  • Develops and promotes valued relationships with the dealer network, coaches and mentors team members, and creates and delivers Customer Experience training initiatives to assigned customers.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 6-7 years' customer service/sales experience
  • Experience with sales operations or contract furniture
  • Experience with business systems and technology
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating alternative solutions
  • Proven ability to link customer satisfaction, quality, and financial performance
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
