  • The Sales Strategy and Operations team is responsible for partnering with senior sales leadership to drive and track the business under a rigorous data-driven approach, owning the business operational model and cadence, and planning for future growth.
  • In this role, you will be leading a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts supporting Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa, with responsibilities including strategic partnership, advisory support, and driving improvements in sales process and coverage model.
  • As a people manager, your responsibilities include coaching and mentorship, V2MOM alignment, career pathing, and fostering a culture of performance excellence and psychological safety.
