Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years property casualty claims experience
Active Workers Compensation License required
Litigated claims investigation and negotiation
Multi-state jurisdictional knowledge
Team supervision and performance management
Nice-to-have
Prior agency or loss control experience
AIC and CPCU technical designations
Strong problem-solving and relationship building
Experience with risk control workshops
Commitment to best-in-class culture
Key Requirements
High school diploma; college degree preferred
5+ years adjusting property and casualty claims
Prior supervisory experience preferred
Active state specific Workers Compensation License
Ability to acquire license within three months of hire
