Sharon Vet Clinic is seeking a Customer Service Lead to supervise and mentor the reception team while ensuring exceptional client service and operational support. The ideal candidate should have a background in veterinary services, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to building long-term client relationships

Job Summary

  • As both a Client Service Representative and Supervisor, you will serve as the first and last point of contact for our clients while guiding and supporting the reception team to ensure outstanding client and patient experiences.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new reception team members, provide mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback, and address performance concerns with professionalism and accountability.

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma (required)
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
  • At least 1 year of veterinary experience
