Location: Johor, Malaysia Employment Type: Full-Time Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions for our manufacturing operations in Malaysia. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring compliance with Malaysian employment laws, and upholding fair and progressive workplace practices in accordance with tripartite guidelines. This role requires a hands-on HR leader who is capable of managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, and statutory compliance while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Preferred Attributes: 1. Experience in regional HR exposure (Malaysia & Singapore). 2. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capability. 3. Preference for candidates open to relocating to Malaysia upon hiring, with company support. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply regardless of background. Job Responsibilities: Oversee recruitment, HR policies & procedures development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and overall administrative tasks. Develop and implement recruitment plans to fulfill staffing requirements. Plan, coordinate, and optimize HR operations, ensuring continuous updates and improvements to HR policies and management systems. Supervise department-wide performance appraisals and track improvements in employee performance. Drive the implementation of training programs and career development initiatives. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field. At least 5 years of HR & Admin management experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry Strong recruitment skills, familiar with various hiring channels and interview techniques, capable of establishing recruitment systems independently.
