Job Summary

  • The Supportive Housing Worker will be responsible for implementing the programs and services that are a part of the supportive housing program in accordance with the program plan, contractual agreements, Salvation Army standards, best practices and identified resident needs.
  • This role involves supporting residents in moving into units, ensuring basic needs are met, developing individualized support plans, and connecting residents with community partners.
  • This is a Casual/on call relief position requiring shift work in a 24-hour setting, with potential exposure to challenging situations and occasional travel within the community.
