Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Oracle ARCS implementation and management
Account Reconciliation Cloud Service expertise
Transaction Matching and Reconciliation Compliance
Data integration and loading GL/Subledger data
ARCS security setup and user management
Nice-to-have
Experience with other EPM Suites
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to work in fast paced environments
Attention to detail and self-motivated
Key Requirements
9-13 years of experience
Minimum 2-3 full lifecycle ARCS implementations
Basic understanding of financial processes
Knowledge of month end close process
Experience with account reconciliation best practices
