• To create an excellent and memorable patient experience regarding food service at Jefferson by obtaining food preferences and menu selections from patients and inputting selections into a computer utilizing EPIC software, anticipating patient needs regarding foodservice, assembling meals that are elegantly presented, and serving patients in a kind, courteous, and friendly manner.
