Must-have
Loan settlement workflow knowledge
Fixed-income product expertise
Trade reconciliation and settlement
Custodian and agent bank coordination
Microsoft Excel proficiency
Investment management operations experience
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of SWIFT and Euroclear systems
Experience with Clearpar
MIFID II and EMIR reporting knowledge
Strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and highly organized
Collaborative and accountable work style
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related discipline
2-3 years investment management operations experience
Strong understanding of bank loan industry standards
Experience working with brokers, custodians, and agent banks
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Wall Street Office, Geneva
Experience with outsource/offshore service providers
