Job Summary

• The role’s primary mission is to support the university’s centralized efforts in advancing student persistence, retention, and graduation by providing personalized student support services that enhance continuous engagement and academic success.
• Engages directly with students across the university by providing specialized coaching support that helps students maintain academic progress.

Key Requirements

• Masters or Advanced degree and all applicable licenses or certifications
• 3 years of experience providing student support, mentoring, coaching and/or instruction
• Intermediate experience working with a sophisticated portfolio of technology systems
• Foundational knowledge of principles of coaching, mentoring, and positive psychology
