Richlandpa is seeking a Per Diem Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants in accordance with established regulations and standards. The role involves a variety of nursing and administrative tasks aimed at maintaining high-quality care and ensuring compliance with facility policies.

Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or Nurse Supervisor to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
You will be responsible for administrative functions, charting and documentation, drug administration, personnel functions, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, and care plan and assessment.
