Key Requirements
7+ years progressive payroll experience
Experience managing payroll for 500+ employees
Strong knowledge of US payroll regulations
Canada and/or Mexico payroll exposure preferred
Advanced Workday Payroll and HCM proficiency
Experience with third-party payroll providers
Professional payroll certifications (CPP, PCP, CPM) preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
