Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Material Science, Chemistry, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Semiconductor/MEMS development and manufacturing experience
  • Experience in process development, optimization, DOE, statistical analysis
  • Proficiency in mechanical design and rapid prototyping
  • Experience with Class II or III implantable medical devices
  • Hands on experience with semiconductor and microelectronics packaging concepts
  • Experience programming automated equipment
  • Proficiency in JMP or MiniTab
