• Responsible for breast, cervical and colorectal cancer prevention and early detection education, promotion of the CSP, targeted outreach activities and patient navigation.
• Provides age and culturally appropriate assessment, interpretation of clinical and laboratory data and develops and implements age appropriate interventions and plans of care including education.
• Must have ability to read, write and speak English.
