Job Summary

  • The Manager will be responsible for activities related to SOX compliance including the performance and documentation of internal controls design and operating efficiency testing, as well as the maintenance of risk matrices, process narratives and process flow diagrams.
  • In addition, the Manager will drive the planning and execution of special purpose projects related to process improvements, system implementations, adoption of GAAP changes and other ad hoc initiatives across the organization’s business units.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area
  • 6+ years of experience
  • Public accounting experience preferred
  • Good working knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, and COSO
  • Professional qualifications highly desirable (e.g. CPA, CIA, CISA)
  • Proficient in excel and data analysis
  • Familiarity with audit management tools
  • Experience within media, entertainment, technology or similarly complex industries
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
