Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3rd level Engineering qualification Electrical or Mechanical
  • 3 to 5 years progressive experience with generator sets
  • Hands-on experience in genset commissioning service maintenance
  • Confident communication and people skills for training delivery
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of time

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with ATS and synchronisation processes systems
  • Ability to coach trainees on fault finding standards testing
  • Promoting safe systems of work to established standards
  • Supporting dealer customer technician certification programs
