Job Summary

  • Supervise and support assigned dealerships in developing strategies and activities to maximize customer satisfaction and Aftermarket business results for Chevrolet / General Motors Dealerships and Distributors.
  • Develop, coordinate, and monitor Aftermarket business plans for assigned Dealerships/Distributors, applying retail-focused actions to increase retention and satisfaction of Chevrolet customers and the value chain.
  • Manage key aspects of the Aftermarket business such as spare parts sales, BDC centers, geographic and digital coverage, NPS and customer satisfaction, service and collision workshop productivity, retention campaigns, and compliance with General Motors standards.
