Job Summary

  • This officer-level position will report to the Head of North America Shareholder Services in the State Street IM office at the John Adams Building in Quincy.
  • The Operations Transformation Officer’s primary responsibility is to drive operational change and process improvement for new and existing business, with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and global consistency.
